Please provide your travel date, pickup location, destination, estimated number of passengers, departure and return times, and any planned stops. The more information you provide, the more accurately we can prepare your quote.

We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, and other high-demand dates. However, we are happy to check availability for last-minute transportation requests

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation and hold your travel date. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your scheduled departure date, unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.

Carlock Travels accepts major credit and debit cards, electronic bank payments, and approved checks. Payment instructions will be provided with your invoice. All payments must be received by the applicable due date to maintain your reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms may apply depending on how close the cancellation occurs to the scheduled trip. Complete cancellation terms will be provided with your booking agreement.

Yes. Multiple stops can generally be accommodated when included in your itinerary. Please provide all requested stops when requesting your quote so they can be included in your trip planning and pricing

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding itinerary changes. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on mileage, time, or other trip requirements.

Food and beverages may be permitted depending on the type of trip and items being brought aboard. Please confirm any food or beverage plans with us prior to departure. Passengers are responsible for helping keep the motor coach clean and free of excessive spills or debris.

Yes. Our motor coaches offer luggage storage for passenger belongings. If your group will be traveling with unusually large or excessive luggage, equipment, or other items, please let us know when requesting your quote.

Our motor coaches are equipped with onboard restroom facilities for passenger convenience.

We understand that events don’t always run exactly on schedule. Additional time may be accommodated based on driver and vehicle availability, and additional charges may apply if your trip extends beyond the time included in your reservation.
